Revised Review: Just had my 3rd Regular Italian. I had to go again to make sure the first one wasn't a fluke. All three were delicious! Looking forward to diving into the rest of the menu. A regular customer suggested the Steak and Cheese, so that's definitely on deck. Might have to try it a couple of times just to be sure. Alright, as promised, the Steak and Cheese was next. To be fair, I ordered it ahead of time and then waited a while before consuming. So, it wasn't on the same level as the Italians for me, but still a pretty decent Steak and Cheese. I'm going for more and will include any worthy updates. Otherwise, Coastal Subs is FIVE stars, all day long! * #CoastalSubs * #SandwichLove * #LocalEats

We ordered the Italian and the Turkey Dagwood and wow, they were absolutely incredible. I rarely finish an entire sub, but these were so flavorful I couldn't stop. Each one was generously packed with fresh, delicious ingredients, and the best part? The sub rolls were perfectly thin, just enough to hold everything together without overpowering the fillings. So many places use thick, bread rolls that drown out the flavors, but here, the bread let the meats, cheeses, and toppings truly shine. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing steak and cheese, but also a ton of baked desserts, lemonades, and coffee drinks. I will be back! It was packed but the staff worked quickly and were nice.

Great sandwiches! I get a gluten free wrap with turkey and cheddar. The wrap is very good. The turkey is in chunks, not thin slices. We go out of our way to visit.

I may come back to change this review a bit in the summer. First time stopping in, I found it by researching places to take the motorcycle and this was recommended. I got a steak and cheese and it was amazing. As someone who comes from Pennsylvania and is picky with a Philly Cheese, this is right up there as one of the best Steak and Cheese subs outside of Pennsylvania, and better than some in Pennsylvania. The staff was super friendly with the locals and also me being a stranger which is always great. The inside seemed a tad small which is why I gave atmosphere 4 but it wasn't bad, just small. In the summer and having the outdoors it may make it seem better. I will definitely be coming back to this beautiful spot and try out more of their delicious sandwiches.

🍉 lemonade was amazing. We got 2 pepperoni flatbread pizzas and two subs. The lemonade and flatbread bread pizzas were the best I've ever had. Definitely worth it. 👌 This was my first time going and definitely won't be my last. I may try a wrap next time because they have good flavor options.

5+ for atmosphere and service because of the great young people that work there and serve you. 5+ for food, because the price is so reasonable, everything I've tried is so consistently delicious, and the bread so soft and fresh every time. I try to stay away from the desserts but they look amazing too. A++++
